This Product Owner Training provides a comprehensive understanding of the role, responsibilities, and skills needed to start working as a Product Owner. You will learn how to effectively manage backlogs, define product vision, and drive continuous improvement. After the training you will be ready to apply your learnings immediately in real-world situations.
