Course Description
In this Scrum Master Training, you will gain a deep understanding of Scrum theory and practice. Our goal is to get participants ready to facilitate Scrum events, support the resolution of impediments, establish focus and cross-functionality and coach Scrum Teams effectively. After the training you will be ready to apply your learnings immediately in real-world situations.
